How is Botox Applied?
Botox substance is injected into the muscles from several points with very fine-tipped special needles. During the application, a pain which disturbs patient does not occur. All application takes 10-20 minutes.

Mentioned temporary effect lasts for 3-6 months, after this period contractions may start again. Therefore it is necessary to repeat injections. For some application area this effect may last for longer period [for example, in hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating)].
